How Does It Work?
Our goal is to cultivate a stress-free experience from start to finish!
To get started, visit our contact page to submit a picnic request form. Through this form, we will ask you a series of questions where you can share basic details about your picnic such as, which theme you’d like, number of guests, are you celebrating a special occasion, etc.
After reviewing your request, we will contact you within 48 hours to secure your date, discuss logistics, and collect your deposit.
From the time the deposit is collected to the time your picnic starts, we will chat via phone or email to help create the vision for your picnic and any surprises that might take place for this special day!

As we get closer to your picnic date, the second half of your picnic fee will be due. On the week and day of your picnic, you will receive email reminders about your picnic location and time. During this time, we will also monitor the weather to make sure no location changes are needed.
If you want us to greet you, we will be at your picnic site. If your picnic is a surprise, we will respect your privacy. We are here to serve you however you like best!
How long is our picnic?
Your picnic is reserved for three hours. We will charge a $50 per hour fee beyond this timeframe. If you would like to leave before your two hours, please contact your picnic coordinator.
Can I set up a picnic anywhere?
Pretty much! There are a few local/state parks that require an event permit, but if one of these is your preferred picnic area, we’ll be happy to work with you to secure the permit. You can choose from our list of preferred locations throughout Pensacola or South Alabama provided at the time of booking. If you have a preferred location that is not on our list, let us know and we will work to accommodate your request.
If it’s more convenient, you can also have your picnic in the comfort of your back yard!
Can I have my picnic at the beach?
You absolutely can! Beach luxury picnics are extremely popular in our area. During the planning process, we will share with you some of our favorite sections on the gulf coast and go from there. Keep in mind, when on the beach we ask all clients do their best to follow all regulations and leave only their footprints!
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of finalizing your booking. If your picnic needs to be rescheduled you must give a 48 hour notice and reschedule on an available date and time.
How far in advance should I book my picnic?
The sooner the better! In order to ensure you have the most memorable experience, we ask you book at least ten days in advance. If you need to book sooner than our ten day requirement, please contact us at Sweetserenityeventco@gmail.com
What happens if there is inclement weather the day of my picnic?
We will do our absolute best to work with our client to make the picnic happen but sometimes Mother Nature will have other plans. If this does not work, we will try an indoor alternative or reschedule for another date and time. ​
Can I bring alcohol to my picnic?
While we do not offer any alcohol in our packages or add-on’s, you are more than welcome to bring your own. We encourage ALL our clients to research prior to their picnic as alcohol consumption may be prohibited and/or guidelines may be in place for some local and state parks/beaches.

Can I bring food to my picnic?
Of course! Although our packages include personal charcuterie boxes for each guest, we understand that may not always be enough. You may coordinate with whichever vendor you’d like for food services. Guests are responsible for ensuring their food is on site for their picnic.

What if I don't see a theme/color scheme I want?
​We are focused on building our inventory to accommodate our clients needs but this does take time. If you don’t see something on our IG or website, shoot us a DM! We will do our absolute best to bring your vision to life.
Can I add an additional guest to my picnic package?
The price of our packages is for the number of guests listed. You may add one additional guest for $45+ tax.
